We're seeking a talented Video Editor to join our Direct-Response marketing team. You'll craft compelling direct response video and static ads that capture attention and enhance messaging for diverse e-commerce clients.
We work with e-commerce brands around the world, from New York to Sydney, helping to scale their businesses through creative-led and data-driven social media marketing campaigns.
A Direct Response Video Editor must have a passion for visual narration, a love for creating compelling video ads, and an eye for visual sequences that increase audience retention and drive conversions.
You'll work closely with the in-house and remote teams to create compelling short form ads suitable for Instagram, Tiktok and YouTube.

Ability to take raw assets and craft your own video with minimal direction, using inspiration examples you source or have been given.
Research the latest video strategies, trends and editing best practices.
Manage multiple projects to deliver high-quality edits on budget.
Highly proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro with additional skills in Motion Graphics (After Effects) and Graphic Design (Photoshop/Figma/Canva) desirable.
More than technical proficiency, you have a knack for visual storytelling that grabs and retains attention. Your editing intuition helps you craft videos optimised for social media appeal and audience retention.
Ability to work to deadlines and deliver on projects while maintaining great communication with your team.
When challenges come up in the editing process, you’ve never met an online tutorial you didn’t like. You’re resourceful about filling knowledge gaps and eagerly self-teaching new skills along the way.
Mentorship and feedback are welcomed rather than shunned. You’re committed to refining your craft through continued growth.
In an ideal world, you’d also have some camera operation skills under your belt. The same goes for Photoshop and After Effects capabilities. We can provide additional training to promising candidates in these areas. Most vital is your sharp, creative eye paired with Adobe editing know-how.
